Delivery & returns
If your goods are faulty, as long as the goods are returned in their original packaging and undamaged we will refund your product cost or replace the goods.
All defects and returns must be notified to us in writing or by email and details of your date of order and order number are to be advised We can then make the refund once the goods and a copy of the original receipt have been returned to us..
If you have ordered an item, currently out of stock, we will contact you. You will have the choice to cancel your order, place a back order or choose an alternative.
When we fill your order we have to collect information from you such as your name and address. The name and address data is retained by us and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Law.
We need this information to fulfill our obligation to you and we keep the information so that we might use it to contact you again about goods and services that we offer and that might be of interest to you.
We do not store credit card numbers.
We guarantee that we will never release any information you entrust to us to any other party for any reason unless the Law mandates us to do so. We also guarantee to never trade or sell any customer data to any other parties for any other reason. If you ever want to know what information we have about you all you have to do is ask us. If you do not want us to retain information then tell us and then we will destroy it. In the absence of instructions we will assume that you authorise us to retain data solely for our own use as oulined above.
Party Supplies now and its staff and owners take no responsibility for any damage or harm that may come from products brought from this site. The purchaser when making any purchase takes full responsibility for the use of all products.
